If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packing. If a piece breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 30 days of delivery, repairs will be free of charge. After 30 days, repairs may be available for a fee, which will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the materials required. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs. Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidents (such as dropping, other damage, or exposure to chemicals) is not covered under free repairs.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to Canada, Mexico, Europe (both EU and non-EU countries), Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping options and pricing will be provided at checkout.
All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying import regulations and estimated customs clearance times before placing an order.
In compliance with UPS regulations, international jewelry shipments cannot exceed $500 in value. Orders exceeding this limit will be split into multiple shipments, with an additional shipping charge. Shipping to Russia and Belarus is unavailable; orders from these countries will be canceled and refunded.
If an international package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, no refunds will be issued for the order or shipping costs. If a package is returned to the sender, reshipment fees will apply.
