After 30 days, repairs may be available for a fee, which will be assessed based on the extent of the damage and the materials required. Shipping Policy Last Updated: 18 March 2025 Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or supply chain disruptions. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be subject to delays beyond our control. Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail, with tracking information provided. Delivery times vary depending on the selected service. Free shipping is available for orders over $250; for orders below this threshold, shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout. International Shipping: International shipping is available to Canada, Mexico, Europe (both EU and non-EU countries), Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping options and pricing will be provided at checkout. All international shipments are subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs processing times vary by country and may delay delivery. Customers are responsible for verifying import regulations and estimated customs clearance times before placing an order. In compliance with UPS regulations, international jewelry shipments cannot exceed $500 in value. Orders exceeding this limit will be split into multiple shipments, with an additional shipping charge. Shipping to Russia and Belarus is unavailable; orders from these countries will be canceled and refunded. If an international package is refused or abandoned due to unpaid customs duties or incorrect address details, no refunds will be issued for the order or shipping costs. If a package is returned to the sender, reshipment fees will apply. Shipping Responsibility and Restrictions: Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for its delivery. International shipments include tracking, but delivery confirmation may not be available in all destinations. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. Customers who require additional protection should select an insured shipping option at checkout. Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that jewelry imports are permitted in their country. If additional documentation is required for customs clearance, customers must inform us at the time of purchase. All shipments will be declared at full value for customs purposes; marking packages as "gifts" is not permitted.
